Living healthy is about spirit, mind and body at every age and stage. The Ohio Valley YMCAs offer classes and programs for those dealing with chronic disease, joint and injury rehabilitation, in addition to health and wellness coaching.
Personal & Group Training
YMCA can take advantage of six complimentary, one hour training sessions with one of the Y’s certified personal trainers. Once the complimentary training sessions have been completed, Y members may continue their personal training sessions for an additional fee.

Small Group Training combines the expertise of a personal trainer, along with the support and encouragement of a small group. Group Training sessions are limited to five individuals per session.
