Living healthy is about spirit, mind and body at every age and stage. The Ohio Valley YMCAs offer classes and programs for those dealing with chronic disease, joint and injury rehabilitation, in addition to health and wellness coaching.

Personal & Group Training

    YMCA can take advantage of four weeks of complimentary, one hour training sessions with one of the Y’s certified personal trainers. Members can meet with the trainer 2 to 3 times a week during the four week period. At the conclusion if the four week session, members can enter into a maintenance program, where they can meet with a trainer once a month to continue their progress.
